Domestic Shipping (Within India)

1. How are domestic orders shipped?
All domestic orders are shipped through registered courier partners and/or Speed Post.

2. What is the dispatch timeline for domestic orders?
Orders are dispatched within 3–15 working days or as per the delivery timeline shared at the time of order confirmation. Dispatch timelines may vary for customised or made-to-order products.

3. How will I be notified about my order?
Once your order is dispatched, a delivery confirmation will be shared to your registered email ID.

4. Where will my order be delivered?
Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure all details are complete and accurate, as we are unable to process orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses.

5. Are courier delays covered by reMargam?
ETHNIC SHADES ART & MEDIA MANAGEMENT LLP is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to dispatching the order within the agreed timeline or within 7–20 working days for customised products.

6. What if my delivery is delayed after dispatch?
In case of courier delays, we will follow up with the service provider and share the nearest hub details wherever possible. Deliveries will resume once courier operations are restored in the area.

7. What happens if I am unavailable at the delivery address?
If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be returned to us. For prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and return-to-origin charges.

International Shipping (Outside India)

1. How can international buyers place an order?
International orders can be placed through our website (for listed countries), via email at namaste@remargam.in, or through our official social media channels. Complete and accurate address details are mandatory.

2. How are international orders shipped?
All international orders are shipped via registered international courier partners.

3. What is the dispatch timeline for international orders?
International orders are dispatched within 7–20 working days or as per the timeline confirmed at the time of order placement. Delivery timelines are subject to courier policies and destination country regulations.

4. Are customs duties and taxes included?
Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable) are not included in the order value and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

5. Can international shipping charges change?
Shipping charges are calculated based on prevailing rates and may change due to courier revisions or geopolitical factors. Any increase will be communicated prior to dispatch, and any applicable reduction will be refunded.

6. What happens if dispatch is delayed due to external factors?
In case of delays caused by holidays, unforeseen events, or courier service interruptions, orders will be shipped once services resume. Any changes to shipping costs will be communicated in advance.

7. What are the payment terms for international orders?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders. All orders must be prepaid. For orders above ₹30,000, a 50% advance is required, with the balance payable prior to dispatch.

We accept international credit cards and direct bank transfers for international orders.
